- Take a minute to reflect on what you eat on a daily basis and everything you know about carbohydrates/sugars and address the following: what is one thing you learned about carbohydrates, does your new knowledge affect how you are going to select carbohydrates to eat, and what is one take-away you will use in your everyday life as a result on our unit on carbohydrates.
I try to eat healthy foods as much as possible. For example, I try to eat healthy cereals for breakfast, subway sandwiches or Caesar salads for lunch and healthy frozen dinners . However I do tend to indulge in certain foods. For example I love eating muffins, bagels and donuts. I proabably eat a muffin and a bagel every day and a doughnut every week.
